A project by two winemakers and friends from the Rías Baixas, born with the idea of fighting to maintain the population in rural areas, democratising Galician wines and making people reflect on the excessive bureaucracy in the world of wine.
We work with grapes from plots not registered with any control body because their owners refused to do so due to the endless paperwork. Despite their excellent quality, they are difficult to market due to excessive or incorrect regulation, as they do not have the legal category sufficient to be interesting to wineries belonging to a Designation of Origin or Protected Indication of Origin.
Our objective is to vindicate the excellent quality of Galician agriculture regardless of what someone says from their office, and to promote social, economic and cultural development in the rural environment.
We focus our work with Albariño but we also work with other varieties and the quality control is carried out by those brave people who dare to uncork one of our bottles and recommend it to a friend.
Available in all formats: cork, screw cap, bag-in-box, pouch, kegs, and bulk.
We work For 3 years we have also been dedicated to the dealcoholization of wine.
