Hector Meli Winery is a family-owned winery nestled in the renowned Uco Valley of Mendoza, Argentina. The Familia Meli brand is a harmonious blend of tradition and innovation, proudly carrying forward the legacy of our great-grandfather, a visionary from the Piedmont region of Italy. In the early 1900s, he embarked on a journey to find a brighter future, settling in the fertile soils of Uco Valley to cultivate his passion for winemaking.

Located at an altitude of 1,200 meters (3,937 feet) in San José, one of the oldest districts in Tupungato, our vineyards thrive in the heart of Mendoza’s prestigious wine-producing region. The region’s terroir is defined by calcareous alluvial soils that impart unique qualities to our wines.

For over 15 years, we have embraced sustainable, low-intervention viticulture practices that prioritize environmental harmony and quality. In the past 5 years, we have transitioned half of our vineyards to certified organic farming, further solidifying our commitment to producing wines that are as natural and pure as possible.

Hector Meli Winery exports premium bulk wines, primarily to Europe, with the UK being our largest market. Supported by a dedicated European sales team, we continue to expand our presence and build lasting relationships with wine enthusiasts across the globe.
