The winery from the Apulia region was founded in 1975 by Vincenzo Solferino who decided to use his best effort to extract quality from the grapes and achieve quality for wines available to cellars, clients and bottlers by using an innovative approach.

Cantine Solferino has always aimed at the extraordinary quality of the local grapes and not only, at the same time, the company based its success on advanced skills. In this way the company managed to offer wine planning and production solutions made according to the analyses of precise targets and specific markets, as well as client requests

Today the company is led by Giampaolo and Carlo, sons of the founder Vincenzo, who inherited his passion, attention to quality and the development of taste. They explore new markets and offer various wines such as Primitivo, Negroamaro, dessert wines, organic wines, wines of the Salento and much more.
