Couvent Rouge, established in 2010, is a new and modern winery in the North of the Bekaa Valley, reviving the Roman empire terroir. Only a few kilometers away from the temple of Bacchus, we decided to establish in 1999, the cooperative "Les Coteaux d'Heliopolis" for vine grapes, replacing illicit cannabis crops in our village, "Deir El Ahmar".
