We HAKUSHIKA have been producing delicious and full of Umami flavor Sake in Hyogo Prefecture, Japan over 360 years since our establishment in 1662, supported by the rich climate and natural blessings such as the high quality mineral-rich water and the rice suitable for Sake brewing, and the dry cool winds blowing down from the neighboring mountains.
Inheriting the belief that "We don’t produce our Sake, we nurture it," we strive to nurture better Sake every day.
It is our hope that our Sake will be enjoyed by the customers all over the world that stimulates conversation and makes meals more enjoyable.
With this wish in mind, we are going to exhibit in the coming 2024 WBWE to let the world knows that the Made- in-Japan Sake can be provided as a raw material.
We are a leading full-line Sake manufacturer that have won numerous awards of the international Sake competitions, with a modern Sake brewing plant that has one of the world's largest production capacity, while maintaining the traditional method handed down for over 360 years.
FSSC 22000 certification, an international standard for the food safety management systems is also acquired to ensure safe and secure Sake production.
