I’m VisitingSamples are first organised into four main categories:
Within these categories, products are then organized according to several criteria, including grape variety, country of production, alcohol content, sugar level, acidity and production year.
I’m VisitingThis structured approach helps buyers navigate the selection according to the characteristics most relevant to their sourcing priorities.
The Silent Tasting Room is planned around 19 tasting counters, depending on the final number of registered samples. Each counter can accommodate an average of 20 samples, with 10 on each side.
A serpentine layout guides visitors progressively through the different tasting categories, making it easy to explore the selection and compare products throughout the room.

For bulk wine and spirits producers and suppliers, the Silent Tasting Room provides an additional opportunity for products to be discovered during WBWE.
Alongside meetings and conversations on your stand, presenting samples in the Silent Tasting Room gives buyers another way to experience your offer.
Visitors can discover a reference independently, access its key information and then continue the conversation with your team on the exhibition floor.

It creates an additional point of contact between your products and the international buyers attending WBWE, helping to increase product visibility, encourage discovery and generate new business conversations.
With samples presented alongside products from different countries, categories and profiles, the Silent Tasting Room also places your offer within the wider international bulk wine sourcing landscape represented at WBWE.
