Join Irem Eren and Robert Joseph for a dynamic guided tasting exploring some of the most interesting No & Low products working in the market today. This masterclass will go beyond no- and low-alcohol wines alone. The selection will include dealcoholized wines, wine proxies, alternative adult beverages, RTDs and products using dealcoholized wine as a base.
The aim is to show how the category is evolving across different styles, formats and consumer occasions. Rather than treating No & Low as one single segment, Irem and Robert will taste through 6 to 8 curated products and discuss what makes them successful in the glass and in the market. The session will look at quality, balance, aroma, texture, sweetness, acidity, mouthfeel, identity and overall drinkability.
The tasting will also highlight opportunities for producers and buyers, including private label and white label development, varietal expression, and the challenge of keeping relevance and identity when alcohol is reduced or removed. Designed for producers, buyers and trade professionals, this masterclass offers a practical and honest look at what works, why it works and where the No & Low opportunity is heading next.
